Parent Fitness Fridays & Monday Running Club
Fitness Fridays is a social exercise session for everyone from the complete beginner to those who exercise regularly. It includes some jogging, some walking (if preferred) & some heart-rate raising activities – all done in a fun, friendly & supportive environment. The session lasts for approx. 45-minutes & starts at 8:45am; straight after the school drop off; finishing at approx. 9:30am-9:45am every Friday come rain or shine! Fitness Fridays is open to all - not just parents of children at Ivy Lane School - anyone can join us. As is our Monday Run Club - see below.

Monday Run Club. Emily Ward, a TA and parent, heads up the running club which meets under the canopy just after the school drop off at 8:45am. If you would like to join in, just turn up on a Monday morning in your kit! All ages are welcome, young and not so young, ladies and gents and also anyone who isn’t a parent at Ivy Lane as this is also an open club for everyone in the community.

Fitness Friday Update. We have over 20 regulars now who come along (when they can) to our morning sessions in John Coles Park. No pressure on anyone, free of charge and open to all in our community. It's such a great atmosphere, very laid back and friendly with everyone supportuing each other & providing encouragement & laughs! Every Friday from 8:45am-9:30am-9:45am.
