Welfare and Pastoral Support
Miss Hayley Austin
Welfare & Pastoral Lead
At Ivy Lane School we are lucky to be able to call on the services of our own Welfare & Pastoral Lead. Miss Austin is based in the school all day 8.30am - 4pm Mondays to Fridays. She is on the school gate every morning between 8:30am and 8:40am, available to parents for general chats, or if more privacy is required, there is a room available indoors.
Our Welfare & Pastoral Lead is here to offer support for your children with any worries or anxieties they may be experiencing, but can also offer parents confidential support with issues they may feel are affecting their children. She is also able to signpost families to a wide variety of services including parenting groups, the school nurse, grief counselling and other voluntary agencies.
Miss Austin helps reinforce the nurturing and supportive environment that we provide at Ivy Lane School.
Please feel free to contact Miss Austin on 01249 652556 or email welfareandpastoral@ivylane.wilts.sch.uk if you feel she could support your child or your family.
